You can overclock it to a P4 3.0ghz and not worry too much about overheating it. Get some find sandpaper and smooth out the bottom of the heatsink, then put some thermaltake on it. I wouldnt risk overclocking a P4 because they are so damn expensive, and you get can just about the same speed with an AMD.
