if ur on a [CPR] server and are on axis side choose the stg44 everytime, as its a fully auto sniper rifle (without the zoom) ull find u kill the enemy quicker and the guns so bloody accurate over any range.

Hard to resist really. But how realistic is it? That it is that accurate and relatively light weight too?

I do use it (and only play CPR), but when I see 7 out of 8 on a team using it I change to the mauser just for fun.

Yea STG44 is powerfull but I can still own the axis with my Garand/Thompson!

If you think the machine guns are too good in cpr sounds like you should try a non-cpr server. The sniper rifle, rocket and the shotgun will still often have 1 shot kills the same as in cpr but the machine guns will be less effective (which is what you seem to want).

as for me i've heard people call rockets, shotguns, sniper rifles, and now machine guns unbalanced and too good. What this adds up to is that they can't ALL be unbalanced so maybe they are balanced after all!

yup,that is MY main weapon as well...and If you can play on a server with the JEDI-MOD,the StG-44 gets a zoom feature,as well as the BAR,the Garand and the KaR-98...

GOD I love that StG-44...damn powerful bastard that is.
