SW-14 is Offline Senior Member Posts: 1,266 Join Date: Apr 2002 Location: Houston, TX	02-05-2004, 03:34 PM Marriage is the basic building block of our entire society, and it's been this way for thousands of years. From it, new children are born, and the human race marches forward. Two guys/two girls obviously cannot have children...making it preposterous to call their union "marriage." However, I am not opposed to some type of civil union, but calling it "marriage" is unacceptable to me.
