I just finished that level last night and had a tough time getting out of the place, too. I had long since been "found out" so had to shoot my way out of the place. Best I remember, once out of the building where you steal the mg and blow the cache, I rounded the building and entered another building facing the one I'd just left. After clearing that building (one level only) and scarfing up some ammo and health, I left the building, rounded a corner, shot up some bad guys, and exited the fence through a partially open gate in the fence. Got nailed by a few shots from guards I'd failed to eliminate on the way out, but finished the level in pretty good shape. Evidently, this level spawns infinite numbers of guards as I'd just about used up all the ammo for every weapon and still they came on. Finally restarted from the autosave and just shot my way out. Not the toughest level, but tough enough. Omaha is a challenge, as is the "sniper town" and the King Tiger/Bridge scenario. I closed out that level with, I think, 1% health left on the Tiger!
