Hey ya'll, new to these boards but been playin MoH long time... Love The Game (actually paid for this one )
Anyway, my 2 questions is these, and sorry if they've been answered before, but how do i open the console to kick players, enter commands and such ( like cmdlist )?
I also wanna know how to check framerate in the game....

One more kinda tricky question, but when i try hosting a MoH game, people usually get booted/disconnected after a couple mins even if they're running around... anything i can do or try?

Thanx in advance,
-SkY

to check framerate, load up the console and type "fps 1" without using the quotes. As for kicking ppl, ask someone else lol. Sorry dude.

Open Console = ~ key

And people getting disconnected is due to either a whole hell of a lot of lag, or that maybe your internet connection isn't fast enough. What do you use? If you've got a fast connection already, then it could just be netcode, but i don't think that's the case. They might just be leaving your server because they don't like it... it might be to slow.

BTW... You use howdy and y'all.. you in Texas partner?

What about ping? The next time you're on, (maybe you've already done this) check the pings of the people that join. If they're above 300 than it's likely that THEY just can't handle Multiplayer. If it they all have low pings though, I don't know what to tell you... I guess just don't host any servers. It's easier to just join a fast one anyway.

i don't think i'm using the right console, when i'm in single player, the ~ doesn't do anything, and in multiplayer, if i bring it up and type 'fps 1' it just "says" fps 1.... i'm kinda new to the technical part of this, so first things first, M'kay??

Make sure you've upgraded the Linksys router firmware if you have never done so. It will make a difference in MP hosting. Also, the older versions of the Linksys firmware have a known security flaw.

Cable hosting is bad enuff, but add a linksys router and you have a really bad server. I am surprised anyone plays there at all.

hey whats up first of all you have to activate the console by changing the target on the mohaa shortcut you have to put this in "+set console 1" with out the qoutes so it
would look exactley like this "C:Program FilesEA GAMESMOHAAMOHAA.exe" +set console 1 make sure it is exactley like this or else it wont exept it make sure to space between the console and the 1 like this: console 1
and that should do it then just play the game an press ~to open the console and type: kick [BoB]-DOT and that would kick me out and thats it now have fun kicking people out.
