The reason people complain about sniper, shotty, and zook, is because the other weapons are underpowered. If the mg, smg, and rifle would kill with one shot like the 3 "cheap" weapons, then noone would complain about those 3. Realism mod takes care of that.
You have to remember that most people are either stupid, insane, or selfish. Many are a combination of 2 or more of the above.
The people that complain about those 3 weapons are probably stupid AND selfish. They don't wanna get killed but they can't figure out how to counter the weapon, so they start a fight.
The chronic team killers are selfish and insane.
The ones who repeatedly blow themselves up with grenades are stupid and insane.
