someone will make white and blue jerseys without the leafs logo on it and they will not be able to stop them from wearing those... its a dumb idea from the get go, creating rivalries is good for both teams, get the fans and plyers involved...

i heard a different part to that story. Any person that wears a leafs jersey to the corel centre must donate some food or money to the local food bank, and when someone wears a ottawa jersey to the air canada centre, they have to donate food. It's a mutual agreement. But a local store or organization in toronto gave the ottawa food bank 5000$ woth of food for their food bank, so leafs fans would not have to bring food

awesome.... i heard the food donation stuff, but thought they had to donate in lue of a fine... either way, good way to create an even more bitter rivalry... i assume the Ottawa official is doing this all in good fun...

I think it's stupid.

If the people in Ottawa don't want leafs jerseys in the building, maybe they should try going to the games. I admit there are a lot of leafs fans everywhere across north america, but its up to the fans to drown the out when they start chanting "go leafs go". Anyone should be able to wear any jersey they like into a building.

It's not my fault we love our team so much we'll travel 3 hours to Ottawa and still occu[py moe seats than fans who only ahve to drive 20 minutes.

Whiny bitches just mad we are better.

They can't legally esnfroce this and can't legally make us donate. It's discrimiatory and is definally breaking some rule of canada.
