How do I get game and aiming to follow mouse instead of havi

How can I get mohaa, to turn with turn of mouse and weapons to aim by use of mouse arrow? Instead of using the keyboard.I have Return to Castle Wolfenstein and it works that way on that game.

Dude mouse aiming works out of the box for mohaa. Go to options and controls and play around with it.

What kind of mouse do you have? Standard Microsoft mouse support is already included into the game.
