I have a Hawking's Router: PN9225

I want to set up a server for people to enjoy when I am not playing ( At Work )

I need someone to tell me what I have to do so that gamespy & or any other program can see the server from behind the built in firewall...

ANY help is better than No help please!

Thanks

I personally don't have much info on your particular router.
The basics are,
The server running the game must have a static IP, meaning a permanent IP or an IP hat stays the same. It can not be assigned by the router’s built in DHCP server. Meaning it changes every time you turn you computer on.
Next you need to forward ports to and from your computer to the outside world through your router.

Ports to forward
12203 MOH game port
6667,3783,27900,28900,29900,29901 gamespy ports

If you router supports DMZ ( all ports open to the world ) I would recommend setting your server up here. This way you don't have to forward all these port. The only problem is your PC is open to the whole big bad internet and maybe a target to a hacker.

Good luck

I DONT have a static Ip, But I usually leave my system of for a few days at a time.

And anyways I wont be running the server Every day 24/7

All I wanna do is provide a server a few days a week when I am not home online myself...

Anyways My Ip stays the same all the time I leave it online, I am SURE of this, Because I have checked that out!

Here are some small pics that You might be able to guide me thru with...

Is this what it might look like:

And also is there anything here I should mess with thats not allready done?

Just so You freaks out there know...

That IP address is OLD AS HELL!!!!!!

No longer in use!!!!!

But feel free to try if You want
