lysis is Offline Senior Member Posts: 341 Join Date: Jan 2002	02-13-2002, 12:07 AM jus got a linksys - in my case(sharing dsl with 2 computers) the router auto detected my IP and then auto assigned two different ip's to the two computers i have hooked up to it. No need to contact isp for me. But i don't have static ip. I still have the step by step quick installation guide that made it a 3 minute install.
