I usually play it though every Memorial Day for the anual ceremonies. It's awesome how only a few notes could actually make people cry.

I don't know how he uses borrowed chords from the relative minor key to fit in with the major key so well.....in non-musical terms---he gets a 'sad' sound out of a piece that is built around a 'major scale'.
