try using these guys (they're currently down due to hackers but are supposed to be back up today 5-24-04) they're free, will upload and host files of all kinds (if it's a .pk3, zip it) up to 250MB, offer to email it to anyone, host it as a hotlink or link to download. oh and they're free.
