Che, if Hobbs doesn't mind, I'm ueber bored today and would be more than happy to take some of the load off his work schedule. If he's cool with it, PM me or email me with an idea or two of what you want in a skin* and i'll have it to you witin a day.

Hobbs, damn nice looking hud. question...........how'd you get the compass down to the left hand corner, excellent feature !

* i tend to shy away from authentic wwII skin mods so you might want someone else to do it.

**don't give up, it's a ton of patience but not really that hard to get the look you want.

Lol that FPS is actually low for me. I usually get around 250-300 although i believe the human eye cant see past 30.

PKM i would say go for it with the player skins as I haven't made one yet.
There is a guy on our clan site that is good at player skins though. You might consider asking him. His name is flakrider. You can check out some of his work on our sites download section.

I am thinking of changing the compass to something more generic for everyone. I used to use wolfmans compass maybe I will add that instead with the same health loss effect.

Thanks for the positive comments fellas.

After 90 fps, there is no noticable difference for the human eye.

...just some more info for ya guys on that hud. The first line of the .urc file has the location, just read it in notepad, look at other .urc files for the correct names on location, and you can make just about any location on screen possible. The font was made using a standard digital.ttf

Feel free to use your own clan logo, or image of your choosing for the Compass/Health Hud. Be warned all the images are not centered, some have to be offset in order to look centered on screen. And as always don't repackage this mod, without consent, and or giving credit to myself or Hobbs. There is also Several other versions of this Hud for registered users
on our site:[url:3e59c]http://firingsquad.us[/url:3e59c] The version that i am presently using is a simplified version, and is pictured below.

that's the other problem i've had with my custom compasses, the pain indicator was just a bulk flash, even when i really didn't change the image of the pain indicator. how do i get the pain indicator to be directional to the line of fire ?

how'd you get the compass arrows and stuff like that over the logo? I'm trying to do that but I can't figure it out.

I have this hud available at firingsquad.us in the downloads section. There is a complete .txt and .doc readme explaining everything. The pain indicator is already setup for line of fire. The EC-HUD2 is what you need to get the readme, includes pakscape and two versions of the HUD. Enjoy.
