Default A video I made: - 06-30-2004, 10:02 PM

Alright folks, here's what you have been waiting for...well maybe not.

This video is of the 2003-2004 Western Conference Champion Calgary Flames of the National Hockey League.

http://www.reichnation.com/downloads/fi ... ribute.wmv

The two major problems I had were:

1) The border in full screen. The size of the frame in the movie is the size of the actual game footage I have on my computer. On the game footage, I can make it bigger by going full screen, however, in Primere, I couldn't figure out how to get it to go full screen. oOo:

2) You will notice towards the end that some of the clips are choppy. I didn't do this on purpose. I have no idea why they are like that, as the footage I took it from is fine. Perhaps it had to do with me running out of dick space, and my computer being far too slow for making videos. Anyway, I recut the clips and inserted new ones, and it still did it. Probably what I didn't do was delete and reinsert the whole game clip. That might be the reason. Anyway, I didn't really have time to fuck with it, so I just left it. That is the reason for those two problems. Other than that i'm quite happy for it being my first video. I know all the transitions I used were the same, but I thought they were appropriate.

The file is 35.1mb, so it is quite large.

This is my first video, as some of the more experience video makers, like Gerard, can probably tell, so be kind please.

I had a great time making it...well, not really. It was a pain in the ass. Just kidding. The reason I made it was so I could put it up on the Flames message board. The link is here:

If you don't like hockey, thats cool, I don't care. This thread isn't really about hockey, it's more about the video.

What did you use to make it? Primere or whatever you wrote? Is it any good? I'm using Vegas Video at the moment and I'm pretty impressed with it.
Good job BTW

Yeah, I used Adobe Premiere Pro 1.5. Pretty stright forward, but i'm sure there are lots of things you can do with this program, but I just have no idea how.

Grat Job man rock: I really enjoyed that. You should send a copy to the team. Maybe they will give you free tickets for next season, or a job in the promotions department. GO FLAMES hellfire:

Dloading:

To get rid of that border you have to click the motion tab and increse the size of the vid to around 200% or till it fills the preview window. Don;t have premiere installed at the minute but i think thats right.

Took me quite a while figuring it out myself, for a while i was going between old and new versions then one day i just sat and messed with it and got it working.

Good vid anyway. rock:

Calgary Flames propaganda!

If we can praise Ninty9s excellent Calgary Flames video, why bash Micheal Moores documentaries?
