so, i have been for about a year less the winter (i slacked cause it was too damn cold to run), and i ve dropped about 45 lbs. I was up to 240 last summer about this time and now im somewhere around 19xish.
The thing is, as of late i am just not hungry, ever. Someones i will go only eating one meal a day , like a sandwich or some shit.
Pretty strange no?

yea im so lazy too, i have been going on beagles with cream cheese for a while, now im sick of em. Sometimes i'll be semi-lazy and make myself something with eggs because eggs are really easy to make.

Now that I work fulltime I eat 3 meals a day.
When I was at basic last year, I probably ate the equivalant of 6 of my current meals a day. I ate so much. You're body needs so much energy.
When I was doing nothing i'd eat 2 meals. When I work I eat 3 or more. It all depends.
