I think the drinking age ought to be 18.. But, its not just Bush's plan to go to Iraq. Congress approved the funding, don't forget that. And there were all those other countries (the cololition) that supported us, and some still do. It's not like bush just woke up, said " Lets invade Iraq today!" And it happened. Our president doesn't have that much athority.
