Thats a tough question to answer not knowing what hardware and software your using. Ordinariy no you should be good to go. Ive found somethimes it works and sometimes it dont. You wont know until you try it in your dvd player. Good luck!!

when you rip the dvd onto your harddrive, can you watch it with a dvd player program, without having the cd?

Did you download this "DVD" from the internet or did you copy the files from
a local source (cd-rom) ? If the former, it should already be ready to burn in
whatever way the group specifies. Otherwise, you should've used DVD-Shrink.

i'm downloading the dvd files off of bit torrent, the dvd files are downloading to a specified folder. i have nero burning rom, would i be able after the download is complete to simply through a blank dvd and burn the files? im not sure if theres gonna be a readme file because you know how in bit torrent when u look into the folder the file is being downloaded to you can usually see the file names...and im not seeing a readme.

I use Clone DVD 2 to make .isos of the video_ts and audio_ts files

then burn that

also, use dvd shrink to shrink the DVDs to fit onto one DVD-r

use alcohol 120% to burn the images and then i just keep em around to watch later or transfer to teh laptop for in-flight movies! biggrin:

it really surprises me how easy this is and how much people can screw it up... rolleyes:
