Last night I have played on a dedicated finnish server.
No bazooka.
No shotgun.
No sniperweapon...

Is it a standard on servers ...
Are those weapons too powerfull ?

some people dont like them. personally i dont care as long as people dont abuse them. i guess the snipers disrupt their rambo mode and it makes them mad.

i say weapons should be configureable to a level. on omaha people want to be able to man the mg-48s like in saving private ryan without being tagged in the head by a sniper hiding in the boat. although it may seem kind of cheap to disable sniper rifles it would be the way the level was meant to be played. run up the beach without dying. other levels are fun without bazookas etc. i would be much easier if you could configure the options while in the game. voting would be acceptable. they need to rethink their mode of multiplayer the game is great the options suck.

Sound like he may have been using a mod that disables them all. I've never heard of it though. Seems overly extreme.
