2 more in "ultra quality" (no compression on the textures)

Even in game theres barely any noticable difference over high quality when using ultra, real system raper though cause it requires a 512mb video card ed:

Tough shit to call, eh Gerard ? I honestly can't tell the difference (visually)
between Ultra and High. That's why I play on Medium: the visual difference
with High is too low for me to sacrifice the frames per second...

Yeah its odd, at 1600x1200 on ultra doors and stuff tend to freeze for a second or so before opening, i really dont get having to have a 512mb video card for something thats really not noticable. Hardocp said in game its more noticable than in screens, even in game ive noticed nothing different. eek:

ctrl alt and tilde , if u want it to stay permanently then put com_allowconsole 1 into your cfg and make it read only, then u just have to use tilde otherwise u have to hit ctrl alt tilde anytime you want it.

Same here, i think this "ultra" crap is more of a gimmick for anyone thats gonna buy a 512mb card when theyre available later this year "omg i can run doom 3 on ultra quality and its 100 times bettur than high"..
