Default Branching out, I'm a big boy now. - 08-05-2004, 10:11 AM

Before I run this over to TMT, i'd figure i'd give my favorite degenerates errrrrrrrr modders a crack at it.

Anytime i save a .map and then later reopen it, i'm left with only the floor. All entities, walls, ceilings, lightings, start points, spawn points are gone. Yet when I recompile to make the .map into a .bsp again, DOT screen tells me the entities are all there.

Ideas ?

If you go to Help>Command list scroll down to where words beginning with F start and find the command to turn them on and off. Hope that helps.

Filters are great to use if your working on a large project. If you dont need to view certain entities filter them. This will help keep the MOHR running as fast as it can.

filters were the problem ! thanks.

#2 i insert a player start and a couple each of allied and axis spawn points and then an additional player start point but when i test it on the lan, everyone spawns at the same point.

You only need one player start and allied/axis spawn points only work for team play... you probably started FFA, for which you need deathmatch spawn points.
