-Ridley Scott effectively used shadow, mood etc.. In genral you never saw
the alein much, so the mood this built was amazing. You were scared shitless at the unknown like the crew was.Notice how Jason films are alot scarier when the people don't notice yet what is chasing them/ or that they are even being chased ? Not seeing the alien was amazing. Scared me my first ride well. I also beleive Alien Ressurection is one of the most underated films. It was pretty good. Gritty charecters, Not so crisp a storyline or ending, but the charecters were really memorable & great to watch.[/quote:15338]
