Open Spy Bot and under "Mode" select "Advanced Mode" then select "Yes". At the bottom you will see more options. Select "Tools" and then click "Resident". Activate "SDHelper" and "TeaTimer". SDHelper will protect you on the Internet and TeaTimer will ask you if you want to allow any changes in the registry (ie: startup items or changing of the homepage). Hope this helps.

I have some version my dad downloaded for my comp, and it asks if i can "allow the change" I made. If you change our homepage, its asks if you allow it to change, and if you dont press "Remember this decision" itl pop up every other 30 seconds.

One more question.
When TeaTimer asks me if I want to allow any changes in the registry, that should be "NO" or depends on what kind change will take place.

Thanks

Did I make any sense ? eek:

For the allow change option, just look at what the program(s) are trying to change. As said above, click on the option to remember change so it does not ask you all the time. Most of the time it is a harmless change if you are installing a new program or changing your homepage.

As for not posting alot, I tend to just lurk here once in awhile. I have been around since MOHAA came out. I only post if I can help someone with a question or if they are looking for something.
