Pyro, I did a google search 'cause I was going to list all of the places that President Clinton did send American soldiers (just about all of our Presidents have sent some somewhere) --- places such as Bosnia, Somalia, etc.... and this one of the first articles that came up... I had to laugh. It is from 1999:
