I'm sorry I have to bring this subject up again but I was just wondering. I think you guys should definitely make your own mods and the level designers should all make their own map and put it on this website. I think that would be awesome. What do you guys at 2015 think?

I must admit (and I'm speaking for myself here) that when I first heard that we weren't going to have blood in the game I was a bit upset. But now that we've come this far, and I've been able to play the game without it, seeing the dust-impacts and the reactions of the guys when I shoot them, I really don't miss it. Someone pretty much said it before on the forums here (I don't remember who) that blood has been so overdone in most games that when it is there I don't really notice it. The only time I've ever really paid attention to it was in Counterstrike where you can see that a firefight just took place around an area. Other than that, I don't really miss it at all .

I like the dust idea too, but I know on the morning of DDAY the weather was basically wet - not to mention the guys were basically swamped, cold and soaked to the bone by the salt water splashing over the sides of the LCVPs... There'd be no dust in that case.
Overly picky I am, I know. ;-)

I like the effect in saving private ryan when the sarge is running with the bazooka and "gets the wind knocked out of him".

yes.......with all due respect to trying to "sell" a game....i mean the men on D-Day seemed to be soaked in water , wet dirt and lets see what was that other one....? oh yeah BLOOD!!!! yes blood could be "overdone" but so can other things in a game as well, more quality than quantity, genuine in its own right, autheticity, and im sorry but if saving private ryan did NOT have blood it would not have had the same impact on me as it did, like when the medic was shot up on the hill, i dont remember dust pouring out his bullet-impaled body,
im sure it'll suffice but (personally) i wanted blood,

ok i think its kinda better without blood if there was blood i' donly want it where the hole was on the uniform, like in goldeneye, but if you ever go to rotten.com, which i have cause someone told me to, and its really damn sick, they show a lot of bullet wounds and oh wow did they ever bleed, but for the record i dont really care that much about blood, look at counterstrikes blood, looks like ass when it goes flyin everywhere.

They couldnt be too fun I'd say. What would really piss me off is getting shot in an artery, that would turn my day to piss real quick.

Are you sure that you would have a day after being shot?
