Which one is better?

for some reason when i enter photoshop and make the signature and then save it as a jpeg or something the brightness changes, anyone know why?

They might become bright because you have setting made so that Auto-Color/Levels/ and the other one set to automatic. Which of course, probably makes it bright. I am not really sure, that is just an idea.
