Most of them probably don't have an ATM card much less know how to properly set up and troubleshoot voting machines. So yeah, there probably were a lot of fuck ups. The reality is, there will always be some mistakes. This is a huge country and its a miracle in my mind that in the course of a day we (conspiracy theorists not with standing) pretty much know who won.
