Default ***ALL TUTORIALS HERE*** - 10-12-2004, 08:17 AM

I've taken the liberty to add in all the tutorials here, instead of having 3-4 stickies, so if you're looking for a tutorial, it will be here

Thought id put one these up as its helped me alot with my photoshopping.

should be easy to follow.

Step 1.

Open up two images, any that you want to have in your sig or whatever your making

Step 2.

Then, using the Move Tool, drag the second image ontop of the first. Your first image will now have two layers. The second image is the file which is ontop.

Step 3.

Using the Rectangle Marquee Tool(or free marquee tool depending on what shape you want to blend), create a rectangle from the top of the image, to the bottom.

Step 4.

Make sure that the top layer is selected. Then go to Select > Feather or right click on selected area and go from there.

Step 5.

When this window comes up type in 30 as the Feather Radius

Step 6.

Then Copy and paste the layer and proceed to delete the original layer of the top image you were working on.

Step 7.

Then this is your final product. You may need to clean up using the eraser tool from the edge line of the orginal image may still show.

then bam thats it

Feel free to adjust the feather radius, also the area where the marquee has selected to get better results, remember experimenting to get the ideal blend of the images and to get more used to using feathing you nubs.
