If ya want smoother ya get less animation and lagy buildups. I think the animation is just fine. If u want this game to look like the characters in that final fantasy movie well then u just wait another o say 30 years or so. Meanwhile this is the best they can do.
I agree with you Solidus. Some of the animations in this game are not good enough. The sliding soldier is really bad as well as the crawling guy, he reminds me of the hunchback of Notre-Dam when he dies. 2015 have to improve those animations, and I’m sure they’re aware of that. To be honest, I’ll be very surprised if the sliding soldier appear in the final game. I’m also sure that an adjustment of the animations won’t affect the performance of the game as Intrestedviewer claims.
It won’t take 30 years before you will see characters like the ones in final fantasy in games. I think they’re right around the corner. I believe it was you Solidus who mentioned techniques developed by ATI in an earlier topic. They have just revealed something new, a smart shader. It looks awesome, and if it can do what it promises, than the gap between a raytraced render and a “direct X / open GL” render will be drastically reduced.
Remember Solidus that constructive criticism is always “positive feedback”. Some companies have to pay for it.
2015, will MOH AA support the technologies developed by ATI?
