Try this: at a command prompt type tracert 65.214.59.132 This will give you every hop to the game server. If you see * ( meaning dropped packets ) then you can find out if it's in your ISP network or on the outside "Internet" Inside your ISPs network = you can complain to them outside your network = hopefully they fix the router soon.
