at the citadel they catch guys jerking off all the time in their rooms...they make them wear a white glove on the hand they were jerking with and walk around with it on for like a week. during meal formations they have to go to the middle of the quad where everyone can see them and start waving....but to me that wouldnt be the most embaressing part....having all of your professors and the old majors/colonels/generals see you walking around with it would have to be emaressing as hell.
