Default what MoHAA needs.............. - 08-09-2002, 06:36 AM

is the ability to go prone as in Day of Defeat, especially if you snipe, and the same sorta destroyed buildings that are in DoD. what the hell was in 2015s mind when the put bedrock all over the place in their MP maps. these are the only gripes i got concernig MoH. not bringing this up to be flamed cuz i'm flame proof

I don't think prone really matters that much, all the Q3 games I've played have done fine without it. Tribes has also lasted all this time with snipers not being able to go prone.

In the single player, the AI can go prone. So, you are right, we should also be able to go prone. Don't see why it wasnt implemented, maybe it will be in the expansion?

wasn't implemented because they were "rushed" or whatever the excuse was, i'm sure we will have to pay for it sooner or later.

All the same , the proning ability is a very important feature in a game , as well as the grenade priming ...

Going into the Prone position would be cool, but I think MOH does fine without it.

What's funny to me is I never really cared about not going prone in MOHAA but the leaning is very important and makes up for the "no prone zone."
But in playing the beta of BF1942 so much lately I have come to like the prone and crawling around on your stomache to snipe an AI or to dynamite a Tank.

Only used the sniper rifle a few times and that was just to smoke some camper who was annoying me , so it doesn't really matter to me . But it would make it a bit harder to kill a sniper if he could lay down.
