True in some cases...not in others. My father is a big dude...I know I got my build from him.

I'm a big guy, but I don't eat unhealthy food. I'd say I've eaten at McDonald's about 5 times in the past 5 years. No exaggeration.

I could probably get my ass on a treadmill every now and then, but that's another story.
