PakScape is by far the best .pk3 editor well in my opinion anyways. It's better than all those WinZip and Win Programs. Anyways I found that my localization thing doesn't work when you make it a pk3. In other words dont make a pk3 just plop it in your.... well it will look like this.... MOHAA\main\global and inside will be your localization thing. Maybe it is different for other people out there. :-?
