granted these are more opinions and of course leary wouldn't be the complete idiot by coming out and admiting it but personally i believe it's too obvious not to give it some creedance.

Interesting, but that doesn't change my opinion of Leary at all. It's not like Denis is the only comedian to ever do that (if he did in fact steal ideas).

Charlie chaplin took a lot of his berlesque/slapstick age styled comedy from others as well, it is very very rare something is 100 % original. I am sure if you looked hard enough you could find other comedians with similar bits as others.

true true. but you're talking styles and basic themes taken. the fact that someone of the same business (ie. another comidien) made reference to one comic stealing actual material from another comic is the point i was making.
