I believe he meant something like if your a homicidal maniac, or have a very long history of abuse, you should at least be very closely monitored. If a guy is known to have beaten every girlriend he's ever had, has a tendancy to scream obsenities at kids in school, and in a overall "bad" guy, he shouldn't be able to have a kid just out of risk of the kids well being.

I know. He didn't say anything about disabled people, but if your telling crazy people they can't have kids, why would you stop there. Why not stop the disabled people. Then we can have an aryian race like hitler wanted.

I understand the point, but I just don't believe under any circumstances anyone could say you can't have a kid, or were going to monitor you because of your past encounters. I just don't buy that.

The government doesn't give me the right to have kids, that is a choice I make because this is the way we are as humans. In my opinion, is just isn't something that you can say, you can have them, and you can't.
