She sold her stock after getting a tip that the stock would go down. This is called insider trading. I don't know if she lied under oath, but thats not the point. Technically, yes, she broke the law. All i'm saying is its stupid to go after Martha Stewart, when huge companies are breaking the law every day and don't get investigated.

In the article I read she started yoga classes, "Makeing women stronger" courses, and stuff like how to start a business, and how to make candle classes. ID guess there werent too many broomsticks involved.
