This is both a simple and not so simple question.

1st you have to ask what you want the server to do for you. Host a few friends once in a while? Host 16+ players for match's? Host 32 players for Public TDM 24/7 ?

See what im getting at? Your needs will determine what will suffice as minimum specs.
