COD sucks BIA doesnt...

in more detail

COD is basically every man for himself for the multiplayer part, no teamwork, wheras BIA lets you control a squad, and you have to use teamwork. A good way is to have your squad provide covering fire so you can flank around your enemy and take him out. No Crosshair means ironsights actually have a purpouse, and it is hard as hell to hit someone from a distance. The Single Player is much like the multiplayer, except that you start by yourself and with a colt, and you meet up with another sgt, and pick up more and more airborne as you go along and form a squad, hence the name "Brothers in Arms".

I'm guessing you’re looking for MP info and not SP info?

MP in BIA is you + your squad (bots) against someone else + his/her squad (bots). To me it's an emotionally flat experience. It's more fun knowing there's a real person on the other end banging his/her head in frustration. The jury's still out though. Time will tell.

COD is you + your teammates (real people) against other team (real people) in varying degrees of size and game types. DM or TDM (Team Death Match) would be what Acid is referring to where you basically run around and shoot people. There are loads of other game types for COD that do involve team work like SD, CTF, HQ, BAS, etc. There is also a huge community base cranking out new MOD's and Maps almost daily.

BIA's MP is very addictive. Once you get the hang of aiming and using your squad tactically it's a very rewarding experience.. This is definately not a run'n'gun game, you have to use your head.

Also, people are making mods for BIA too. Although, I don't care for tdm in this game (I love it the way it is) I think people will add a tdm mode that is only human players, time will tell.

The only negative thing I can say about BIA's mp is that I hate havign to use ubi.com to connect to servers. I'm pretty sure they're gonna make one, but don't know for sure. If we can get a dedicated server for BIA then I would be very satisfied.
