Well it goes like this

[DOA]Snowhawk set the chat to moderated as in invite only as in only voiced people can talk

so corvette gets mad, so he kicks him, but kicking ops makes you auto kicked by chanserv

so now it is invite only with two people still in there (I got disconnected)

GREAT we fucked up another room wadda go OPS!

Go in #support and ask for powers to re-open it... maybe they will grant

The level of incompetence and nonchalance exhibited by these
supposed "support" techs pisses me off. Is it so important that
they ask what the purpose of a channel is for ?

Okay I seriously didn't know about an official aa.com IRC channel...

Had it been known by me two months ago, I woulda put my very own eggie network into that channel. I just cancelled those shells like 2 weeks ago, because those are pretty much idle shells, and because I had to pay more for web hosting (yeah that's THIS website).

I started IRC back in the days where you would auto /load phoenix.irc and scythec.irc, just so you know mwah:

Anyway, which irc network? I'd check it out...

EDIT: Or maybe it's a good idea to go to irc networks that have chanserv or eqiv., that's also why I left IRC, just cuz it's no fun no more hake:

Hehe, you and me both Badscript. Tonight was the first I ever heard of an "Official AA.COM IRC channel". To be official in the first place, would it not have to have your approval ?? Hehe, meh. Lets just hope the tightass there loosens up and lets people do what the place is meant for...chatting, instead of banning.
