Default text question. - 05-03-2005, 04:39 PM

once again, i have a problem with text placement. i wrote my research paper on jimi hendrix, and am making a cover for the paper. i have two versions, and want to know either which to use, or a suggestion on where to move it to. these aren't the final versions. just quick ones to know where text goes.

I say #1, it just looks more professional.

P.S. Perfect font choice biggrin:

text placement on the first one isnt too bad .... you could also try putting it outside the image. its a hard image for text to begin with. you could try making a small area below for the quote. the font isnt too bad either .. i think it looks much better in white.

looking at the first one ... since the majority of the bottom of the image is dark it might not be to hard to try to extend that area some and put the tex there.

I'd have to disagree, I don't know if that biggrin means you picked it but I don't really like it, I think it doesn't fit good.

No, I didn't pick it.

I like because it seems almost like "his" handwritting. Not some type-set, or Overblown to all hell like I do, but nice, easy and realistic. But thats just my opinion. Mag could pick the perfect font I'm sure... for Jackel, I think it's a great choice.

the font is horrid, its on the same par as comic sans. just search through dafont.com for something half decent.

though placement wise the first one is ideal.
