Good to hear that Xbox Live is free now ... and that the DVD remote will come with the 360 instead of having to buy one seperately.
Xbox live is not "free" with the 360. If you listen closly to one of the vids the guy says something along the lines of:

Everyone will have xbox live when they purchase the 360, with sort of a 'bronze' package. You can browse content, get updates, and chat with friends. Then a user can purchase an upgrade, or 'gold' account and have access to multiplayer features.
