go to http://www.mohaa.ea.com and download it. it comes with directions.

word of advice:
if you don't understand how to get the editor to work, you are never gonna figure out how to develop maps...

it comes with directions.
or try searching through this and other forums for directions.
or there are several tutorials out there explaining how to get it up and running.

But what I was saying, is that mapping and scripting is a lot of trial and error. If you don't try and solve problems yourself, you're gonna get nowhere. Installing the editor is STEP #1!!! And it seems that you have already given up on trying to figure out the problem for yourself.
