I don't think this is the case seeing as though I was looking at the number of people on moh:aa (3000+) and people playing BF1942(800 maybe). That's still a good many people to shoot up in moh:aa.
I really hope that mohaa isnt completely swallowed by bf1942. Ive played the demo and i enjoy mohaa way more. I hope that when bf1942 comes out that there is still a hefty number of players playing mohaa because it would be sad to see it go
Part of me thinks EA shit their mess kit by their lack of support and taking so long to get out the expansion pack. Another part of me says that BF1942 is nice, but it takes a beast of a machine to run it and it looks like it is going to take a beast of a server to host it. It is interesting, but it isnt a classic fps. Not much in the way of close quarter fighting. I am getting bored with MOH and dont know if I will even be interested in November when the expansion pack comes out. Who knows?
Maybe I just got a lucky demo. I get no lag playing my clan's leader's server unless where is more than 6 people. On a dedicated server I get no lag. And my ping is never over 200 while playing on a US server.
