But since there are tax breaks and benefits then any couple should be allowed to be able to have those same benefits no matter whom you are.

George Carlin on religion: [quote:7cd0b]Religion easily has the best bullshit story of all time. Think about it. Religion has convinced people that there's an invisible man...living in the sky. Who watches everything you do every minute of every day. And the invisible man has a list of ten specific things he doesn't want you to do. And if you do any of these things, he will send you to a special place, of burning and fire and smoke and torture and anguish for you to live forever, and suffer, and burn, and scream, until the end of time. But he loves you. He loves you. He loves you and he needs money.
i have no problem giving homsexuals the tax breaks and stuff. But just don't call it marriage.
What's the difference what it's called...? How does the name effect anything?
a word is a huge difference. It's a religious Holy Sacrament for you guys who don't follow religion.[/quote:7cd0b]

....I still don't get it. How does it effect you if you're not the one committing the 'sin' and getting married to a dude?
Is it because you don't think the government should allow non-christian laws? That's what it reads like to me.
