Neg. Copy the main pic then paste into a new layer. Then do Image > Adjustments > Threshold. Then drag it into a good place where its only the dark area you want. Use the magic wand tool so it pics up all the white and voila you have a cutout. |

Not when the orinal was filled with tons of more colors, if you did a lot of doctoring then yes, but this is the simple solution.
