Help with respawn in objective based missions

Hey can anyone help,
Is there anyway you can set the Objective based missions to let you respawn once you get killed, I know that the Omha Beach allows you to respawn, but is there any commands that will allow you to change this setting.
Ive tried using the dedicated server launcher (mohaadsl) and looking throught the advanced console commands, there was one option forcerespawn but that didnt do anything.

Also is there away to change who is defending and attacking, say the american defend th V2 rocket.

Any help would be apprieciated
