i would have voted for him, but after this whole bush debacle, its no wonder he retired. i read somewhere that his aide said that his conference at the UN was the most humiliating moment of his life.

He stated he was going to be a four-year Secretary of State previously. His wife is of ill-health and has urged him not to accept anymore public posts.
