He'll have the chance to appoint as many as four total, two more judges are 'at that age,' so to speak. It doesn't make a big difference. The court is traditionally conservative since it began.

it makes a big difference though. I think the Supreme Court has too much power though. Kinda weird how 9 people can determine how millions live their lives.

If it wasn't for John Marshall the Supreme Court would most likely not exist actually, or be so weak it would merely hold a figurative presence.
