We got em for CANADA and the NZ as well, although I'm sure some files on countries are little more than aeriel photographs, weather/land conditions and a few off-shore strat. positions. It would be criminally negligent for ANY country to not have such plans, and I'm sure you finger-waggers have plans as well.
