Is it possible? Key bindings question -
08-25-2002, 01:55 PM
Is it possible to have one key do two things? Like if I wanted "a" to lean left and strafe left, could I do that? If so, how? Is there one already made? Thanks.

Yeah you can do that. Just put all the commands in quotations separated by semi-colons. And if you don't understand that to bad.

Yes its possible, weak, oOo: but possible. Keybinding "actions" takes no skill to use. Keybinding voice commands i understand, but not actions. But there are people out there who don't have the skills to do it the natural way. Have you considered just re-assigning your keys to a different position for easier access? Whats really sad is when a clan allows thier players to use bound action keys. Theres alot of servers who don't allow players to use bound action keys. Alot of servers consider them to be cheats. And yes it is possible to spot them out there. And in fact you could be banned from some servers if you are found doing so. There are others out there that consider this to just be a "mod." Well the big difference is that this is a client side mod, not a server side. Binding action keys is as bad as forcing skins along with bright solid colors. Ok enough said, now its time for everyone to yell at me right? Have at it. I don't care I got my words out. angel:
